How to prepare the herbs?

1) Place a packet of herbs into a saucepan and cover with approximately two pints of cold water.

2) Leave to soak for 30 minutes.

3) Bring to the boil and allow simmering for a further 20-30 minutes until there is approximately one cup of liquid left.

4) Drain the liquid out and drink it warm.

5) Do not throw away the herbs away, add another pint of water, and reboil the herbs for 20-30 minutes . Save the liquid for the second drink, and then throw the berbs away.

Before drinking the liquid, re-heat it, drink it warm.
Do not use herbs if saucepan is allowed to boil dry.
Try to avoid aluminium saucepan.
Enamelled or non-metallic are preferable.
